Meals will be held in fall and spring. I’m not planning on doing a lot of them. Whether my choice of ingredients is “conventional” or “premium”, they will be high quality for their category.
What to expect?
Outdoor dining in my backyard in Central LA. I live in a nice neighborhood that usually has readily available and free street parking. If not on my block, a block or two away.
I don’t do white glove service. If you’re an overly sensitive or demanding person, please do not book anything with me. However, if you want to have a relaxed and fun time, by all means book away. I have a dry sense of humor. I know how to have a good time with diverse people. If you don’t like spending time with different people, than you won’t have fun.
Everyone will get their own plates of food, including banchan. There is no shared food with strangers, unless you want to.
