Greenwood Food Cultures of The World  The encyclopedia is also available on Google Books. I wrote three entries about Korea, Algeria, and Berbers. The paper about Berbers was the most challenging because the template was nation based. Berbers do not live in one country. They are spread out across North Africa, parts of West Africa, and nearby islands. There’s a significant diaspora in Europe, most notably France.
